No. Visual link Internet provides high speed Internet access without relying on traditional telephone lines. But each wireless Internet account does includes a free backup dial-up Internet account in the event of problems or outages with the wireless service.

How does the wireless broadband work?
Visual Link Internet utilizes state-of-the-art wireless radio frequency links to get you to the Internet at the speed of light. All that is required is a view of one of our many tower sites in the area.

What are your service areas?
Visual Link Internet currently provides high speed wireless connectivity to Winchester, Virginia, and greater portions of Frederick, Clarke and Warren Counties in Virginia. Coverage is also now available in parts of Hampshire and Morgan Counties in West Virginia. Please check our coverage maps as we are constantly expanding our coverage.

How do I know if service is available at my location?
The best method is to have us perform a site signal survey to determine if a signal is available at your home or business. Please call our office at 540-722-6705 for more information.

Is it fast?
Yes! Visual Link Internet can provide a wide range of standard or customized bandwidth plans to fit your unique needs. We offer bandwidth plans for both home and business.

Do you supply an Internet email account?
Yes! Visual Link Internet will provide two e-mail addresses for each account. These are spam filtered and virus protected email accounts. Extra email addresses are priced at an additional $1.00 per month.

Can I still access my AOL, Earthlink, etc, accounts using your connection?
Yes, although these providers may still charge you for their monthly connection fee.

Yes! The system can accommodate multiple computers on your one wireless connection.

Yes! Wireless Internet has higher performance for these types of low latency services when compared to satellite Internet services.
